I have a Logitech Quickcam. The barcode scanner thing won't work. I don't know if its my webcam or something else. The red line and dot in the example pictures won't show too. ( I don't know if they are really there cause I haven't gotten the webcam scanner to work.) Any help would be nice.

webcam scanner not working
I have a envision webcam with manual focus and it's not scanning the bar cods. Not sure what I'm doing wrong. I can see the bar code clearly but not sure how to capture it so I can download to my library.

When I click webcam it just shows the barcode I try to hold up and no Red lines and stuff. It never locks on or whatever its supposed to do. I have also had this problem on Barcopedia.

Some versions of Logitech Quickcam are fixed focus (eg. QuickCam Pro 5000), which will not work.
